Sanitation Worker – Bakery Production

What you'll do

• Complete sifter tailings checks and sanitation E.A.M. assignments
• sign off assignments on the day of completion or within 24 hours of the assigned completion date
• support production operations as needed
• clean and inspect assigned areas and ensure equipment is reassembled and ready for startup
• empty trash and dumpsters
• remove drain debris and contain waste oil for proper disposal
• clean and store tools and sanitation carts
• maintain sanitation lockers
• wear required PPE and follow applicable lockout/tagout, GMP, and safety procedures.
