What you'll do

• Complete intake
• provide information, referrals and assistance with managed long-term care enrollment and appeals
• contact organizations to mediate and resolve problems
• respond to ICAN Helpline calls
• provide callers with information, advice, referrals and advocacy under the Program Director’s supervision
• conduct community outreach
• prepare training materials and fact sheets
• attend ICAN meetings and training. Travel is required.
