What you'll do

• Direct wait staff during events
• assist in overseeing banquet staff and coordinating functions
• train staff and create work schedules
• coordinate food service between kitchen and servers
• inspect setups against banquet event order requirements
• review seating diagrams and menus with the Sales Manager and Chef
• manage opening, closing, and inspection tasks
• organize inventory
• enforce health and safety rules
• communicate with management.
