What you'll do

• Answer calls about cold-weather shelter and community resources
• triage requests and provide rapid-resolution assistance
• enroll eligible families for vouchers and shelter waitlists
• connect qualified people with partner agencies
• provide financial assistance when appropriate
• document calls and track assistance in HMIS
• complete household eligibility assessments
• use trauma-informed communication to de-escalate upset individuals.
