What you'll do

• Complete housing assessments and individualized plans
• help clients search for units and communicate or negotiate with landlords

• coordinate or conduct inspections
• provide tenant education
• maintain client records and program data
• prepare monthly reports
• collaborate with case managers and service providers
• participate in Continuum of Care meetings.
