Medical Receptionist

What you'll do

• Greet patients and assist with check-in, including virtual tablets
• communicate about walk-ins, schedule changes, and patient needs
• troubleshoot and escalate concerns to the office manager, physician, or billing department
• complete front desk and lobby opening and closing tasks
• print patient demographics and schedules, file paperwork, and maintain an organized lobby
• manually check in patients who cannot use virtual systems
• update team members about arrivals, delays, and on-site needs.
