What you'll do

• Manage customer orders from entry through shipment, including sourcing, acknowledgments, vendor confirmations, status checks, and changes
• coordinate pricing, shipping, claims, and returns
• communicate with customers, sales staff, and vendors
• prepare sales progress reports and analyze data
• identify system issues and recommend improvements
• provide backup billing and quote support as needed.
