What you'll do

• Plan, lead, and motivate residents to participate in daily activities
• maintain accurate records of resident participation
• establish one-on-one relationships
• assist in planning and implementing programs
• organize group trips
• create and maintain the monthly event calendar
• communicate programming information via newsletters and other media.
