JSOC Shift Lead

The JSOC Shift Lead role is onsite in Redwood City, CA, embedded with a client. Compensation is $42.80 per hour. Concentric provides strategic security and intelligence services, including threat intelligence and risk management. The role coordinates shift operations so threats and critical incidents affecting employees, operations, global assets, and the brand are identified and reported accurately and promptly. It supports operational continuity by prioritizing incidents, guiding operators, reviewing reports, and escalating significant events.

What you'll do

• Coordinate JSOC operations during assigned shifts
• prioritize incoming incidents and threat information and assign operator responsibilities
• serve as the first escalation point for operators
• guide operators during critical or time-sensitive incidents
• review reports for accuracy, timeliness, and procedural compliance
• conduct and document shift handoffs
• escalate complex or significant events to the JSOC Supervisor
• perform operator functions as needed, including monitoring, intelligence collection, travel security, and reporting.
