What you'll do

• Negotiate critical dates and approval timelines
• maintain factory allocation charts and weekly work-in-progress reports
• coordinate production information with departments and factories
• enter and update purchase orders in SAP
• track and log samples
• review shipping bookings
• update pre-shipping documents
• communicate with vendors to support on-time deliveries
• resolve production issues.
