What you'll do
- Identify and order HVAC and gas fireplace replacement parts
- research parts using model and serial numbers and manufacturer diagrams
- communicate with technicians
- work with manufacturers, distributors, and supply houses
- compare pricing, availability, and lead times
- track orders and backorders
- follow up with vendors to prevent delays.
