What you'll do

• Repair and maintain building systems and facility equipment
• troubleshoot, install, and modernize systems
• perform general maintenance including carpentry, electrical work, and painting
• conduct system checks
• address minor building issues
• install lighting, HVAC, and alarm components
• keep entrances and common areas clear
• pressure wash walkways as directed.

Why this role
