What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees
• follow security procedures, site policies, and appropriate emergency response activities
• verify credentials, document visitor and vendor entry, and direct authorized personnel
• respond to incidents and access concerns using escalation and reporting procedures
• patrol entry points, loading and parking areas, and the business perimeter
• maintain access logs, incident reports, and shift documentation.
