What you'll do

• Execute the business unit growth strategy
• set business development priorities and growth outlook
• monitor sales, pipeline, win-rate, and revenue KPIs
• identify and qualify opportunities
• lead pursuits and capture plans
• acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
• manage strategic client relationships
• support contract, pricing, and commercial strategy
• provide revenue forecasts and pipeline reporting
• ensure business development activities comply with company policies and risk procedures.
