What you'll do

• Manage personal injury litigation cases from preparation through resolution and trial
• draft, prepare, and file pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and other legal documents
• communicate with clients, attorneys, insurers, and court personnel
• coordinate depositions, hearings, witness preparation, and trial activities
• maintain calendars, deadlines, and case files
• assist with trial exhibits and binders.
