What you'll do

• Monitor medication self-administration and therapeutic treatments
• document medication and patient care accurately
• educate patients on safe medication practices and program policies
• facilitate discussion groups and therapeutic activities
• monitor patient behavior and activities of daily living
• coordinate with clinical, medical, and administrative departments
• assist with intake paperwork and crisis intervention
• transport patients as assigned
• collect urine specimens and complete drug-screening documentation
• maintain patient records and provide post-discharge contacts and referrals under therapist direction.

Why this role
