What you'll do

• Oversee and complete installation of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation
• lead job-site workflow and coordinate labor and trades
• interpret blueprints, schematics, and job scopes
• ensure code and quality compliance
• mentor apprentices
• document jobs and complete system startup, testing, and commissioning
• communicate with homeowners
• prepare materials and tools
• report issues or delays
• maintain safety and an organized work environment.
