Working directly with the CEO and executive team, this role takes on changing high-priority needs, brings structure to ambiguous initiatives, and ensures cross-functional projects move from problem definition through completion.

What you'll do

• Take on high-priority projects from the CEO and leadership team
• determine what needs to happen and drive follow-through without a fixed playbook
• work across functions and build context on unfamiliar problems
• organize ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives
• support business needs that may include events, facilities, recruiting, communications, customer initiatives, investor preparation, and supply chain.
