Equity Manager, Service-to-Sales

What you'll do

• Review service appointments and equity-mining reports
• assess potential customer equity
• contact selected customers before appointments
• coordinate introductions with Service Advisors
• conduct vehicle consultations and present options
• offer to purchase customers’ vehicles
• maintain CRM records and follow up
• work with Sales, Service, and Used Vehicle Management.
