Group Fitness Trainer, F45 Training

Job overview

The Group Fitness Trainer role is onsite at the F45 studio in San Mateo, CA, and pays $30–$35 per hour. F45 delivers 45-minute, high-intensity functional training workouts for members of all fitness levels. The trainer leads and demonstrates group workouts, coaches safe movement, and adapts exercises to members’ abilities. What you'll do

• Lead and demonstrate F45 workouts
• provide instruction, exercise demonstrations, and movement corrections
• support members with modifications and progressions
• conduct goal-oriented consultations with trial members
• promote and sell F45 services
• maintain studio cleanliness and assist with equipment setup and breakdown
• support check-ins, scheduling, inventory, and social media content.
