Serving as the primary Generative AI engineering lead for an assigned CIO organization, this role translates business priorities into scalable AI solutions. It builds production-grade LLM, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic AI applications while advancing secure, governed enterprise adoption through reusable engineering patterns and technical enablement.

What you'll do

• Partner with an assigned CIO organization and translate business priorities into scalable AI solutions
• design, develop, test, and deploy production-grade GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI
• prototype high-value use cases and develop reusable components and reference architectures
• support adoption of Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, and internal platforms
• design secure workflows using document ingestion, embeddings, vector search, orchestration, tools, APIs, enterprise data, and guardrails
• meet architecture, security, privacy, responsible AI, governance, observability, and production support standards
• deliver workshops, training, design reviews, and technical guidance
• create documentation, playbooks, quick-start guides, sample code, and best practices.
