Senior Fitness Trainer

The Senior Fitness Trainer role is onsite in Boulder, CO, with compensation of $35–$45 per hour. Live 2 B Healthy trainers deliver fitness programming for older adults in senior living communities. The trainer leads group classes and individualized or small-group sessions, adapting exercises to participants’ abilities and monitoring safety. The role supports participant progress through approved programming, documentation, and communication with the Fitness Program Manager.

What you'll do

• Lead scheduled onsite group fitness classes for older adults, emphasizing functional movement, balance, and strength.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group training based on residents’ goals and abilities.
• Monitor safety, modify activities as needed, follow program protocols, document attendance and feedback, and communicate concerns or scheduling issues.
