Maintenance Technician, Residential Communities

What you'll do

• Complete routine and corrective maintenance and work orders, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and appliance repairs.
• Prepare apartments for move-ins and turnovers, perform preventative maintenance, respond to emergency requests and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation, maintain common areas and building systems, coordinate with vendors, follow safety rules and building codes, document work, and communicate with residents and property staff.
