What you'll do

• Assume accountability for cafe operations when the Cafe Leader is absent
• coach and mentor team members
• support recruiting and performance management
• optimize staffing and shift management
• uphold beverage and food quality
• engage guests and handle feedback
• collaborate on sales, restocking, merchandising, inventory, and scheduling
• maintain transaction accuracy and inventory
• follow safety procedures
• manage controllable budget and labor hours.
