What you'll do

• Provide child care information, consumer education, and referrals to families
• collect and enter family and child information in the statewide CCR&R system
• explain subsidized-care eligibility
• maintain knowledge of child care assistance and YWCA programs
• develop recruitment strategies and community partnerships
• maintain referral records
• attend community events to promote program recruitment and enrollment.

Why this role

An associate’s degree in a related field is required, or an associate’s degree with relevant early-childhood experience preferred. Travel in Lake, DuPage, and Kane Counties is required.
