Fitness Sales Associate

The Fitness Sales Associate role is onsite in Niceville, FL, with compensation of $17–$19 per hour. D1 Training is an athletic performance training facility for adults and youth athletes, with a mission to help athletes reach their fitness goals. This role develops prospective clients through calls, consultations, and sales while supporting members at the facility. It helps connect clients with services suited to their needs and goals and contributes to the training center’s client experience.

What you'll do

• Make daily outbound calls to leads
• answer calls professionally
• nurture leads and work to close sales
• log client notes and contacts
• recommend and sell services based on client needs and goals
• greet members
• schedule consultations and initial training sessions
• give new-member tours
• assist with other tasks as needed.
