Quality Manager

The Quality Manager role is onsite in Bellefontaine, OH, with core hours Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Compensation is not specified. The role leads the Quality department at IEG Plastics, a supplier of plastic parts and assemblies to the automotive industry. The position manages quality systems and staff, supports production and customer requirements, and drives process and product quality improvements. It contributes to reliable delivery and customer satisfaction through audits, corrective actions, validation, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Manage quality inspectors and technicians
• develop and deliver quality-process training
• create work instructions and procedures
• manage document control, the QMS, ISO program, audits, supplier controls, and corrective and preventive action systems
• lead or participate in APQP and manage PPAP functions
• oversee calibration, measurement systems, inspections, validation testing, and quality KPIs
• support production and customer satisfaction.
