What you'll do

• Support staff scheduling, task assignments, and coverage
• supervise assisted living areas when the Director of Resident Wellness is absent
• back up payroll processing and handle time-off requests
• participate in interviewing, hiring, and training
• help facilitate meetings and huddles
• assist nursing staff with resident meals and eating
• support residents with grooming and personal care
• respond to call bell alerts.
