The Medical Assistant works onsite in Southlake, TX. Compensation is $20 per hour. Executive Medicine of Texas provides personalized family and integrative medicine in a concierge setting, including preventive care and executive physicals. The role supports physicians, nurses, and other medical staff through clinical and administrative work. It combines hands-on patient care with front-office support to help deliver a consistent patient experience and keep clinic operations organized.

What you'll do

• Prepare and maintain examination rooms
• record medical histories, vital statistics, and test results
• perform screenings including blood pressure checks, pulmonary function tests, electrocardiograms, cognitive exams, and hearing and vision screenings
• administer injections and draw blood
• assist physicians with procedures
• clean and sterilize equipment
• answer calls, schedule patients, coordinate lab work, and explain clinical instructions while following infection-control, HIPAA, and patient-safety standards.

Why this role

Brain mapping and neurofeedback training is provided. Current Certified Medical Assistant certification is preferred; IV or ARRT certification and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy experience are a plus. Local travel may be required for in-home patient visits.
