What you'll do

• Interact with Manufacturing Managers to implement changes to processes, techniques, and fixtures.
• Assess changes required in production and develop ways to sustain improvements.
• Determine best practices to improve workmanship and productivity.
• Look for areas of constraint and make suggestions to speed up processes.
• Refer quality issues to Production Engineering.
• Establish and maintain the Lean Manufacturing program.
• Collect standard times and coordinate with production control.
