PC LAN Technician, Device Refresh Project

Job overview

The PC LAN Technician works onsite in Phoenix, AZ, supporting Maricopa County’s Desktop Refresh Project. Pay is $23 per hour. The project deploys and refreshes devices across County departments. The technician prepares and configures computers and peripherals, assists end users, resolves technical issues, and maintains accurate asset and project records. The work helps ensure the County’s device rollout is coordinated, functional, and compliant with security and inventory controls.

What you'll do

• Deploy, set up, configure, image, and quality-check laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals
• distribute and track devices across County departments
• troubleshoot hardware, software, network access, and telecommunications issues
• update ServiceNow Asset Management
• support documentation and reporting
• coordinate logistics and inventory
• use Active Directory for user and device management.
