What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
• Supervise and guide PTA staff as needed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercise programs.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
