What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
• support mobility, transfers, and use of mobility aids
• assist with meal service
• respond to resident calls and requests
• observe, document, and report changes in condition
• provide light housekeeping related to resident care
• encourage social and recreational participation
• follow community policies, infection control, resident rights, and confidentiality standards.
