What you'll do

• Support store operations and sales
• provide guest service and recommend products and promotions
• process purchases and returns
• assist with associate training, feedback, and scheduling
• maintain merchandising and store cleanliness
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• manage inventory, loss prevention, cash reconciliation, deposits, and required records
• supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders when the Store Manager is absent.
