What you'll do

• Represent biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies in strategic transactions
• draft, review, and negotiate license, collaboration, supply, research and development, and strategic partnership agreements
• conduct legal research and analysis
• support transaction structuring, negotiation, and execution through closing
• prepare legal memoranda and transaction documents
• collaborate across practice groups
• participate in client meetings and negotiations
• and maintain client relationships through responsive advice.
