What you'll do

• Perform plant care including cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, and pruning
• monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature
• inspect plant health and remove plants that do not meet standards
• assist with harvest, weighing, and electronic inventory records
• support curing and dry-racking
• operate and maintain lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems
• keep cultivation areas and tools clean
• follow state regulations and security procedures.
