What you'll do

• Determine staffing needs from catering orders
• meet with function leaders about setup and resolve last-minute changes

• understand menu items
• instruct staff on expectations
• help set up rooms
• assemble and deliver food and supplies
• serve food and beverages
• return equipment and utensils
• maintain presentation, portion control, serving temperatures, sanitation, and approved food preparation standards.
