What you'll do

• Partner with senior, operational, lending, risk, compliance, and subject matter leaders to identify training needs
• lead training strategy and development for systems, operations, lending, contact center, service center, and other business areas
• oversee training frameworks, tools, schedules, standards, and effectiveness measures
• support system implementations, conversions, process and product changes, regulatory changes, and enterprise initiatives
• lead and develop training teams
• maintain accurate, accessible, compliant training content.
