What you'll do

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• provide individual, group, and family therapy
• assess and counsel clients regarding mental health and substance use disorders
• monitor progress and update plans
• coordinate with internal and external providers
• participate in treatment meetings
• develop discharge and aftercare plans
• provide crisis intervention within scope of practice
• complete clinical documentation
• maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
