What you'll do

• Assist the Lead Teacher with classroom materials and maintenance
• coordinate student activities under the Lead Teacher’s guidance
• supervise classroom, before- and after-school, nap-time, playground, arrival, and dismissal activities
• monitor children’s safety, health, and well-being
• help create a challenging Montessori learning environment
• attend open houses, parent tours, and student conferences when requested
• perform other duties assigned by the Lead Teacher or School Director.
