What you'll do

• Lead as the functional Salesforce solution architect for the account
• write and manage user stories from requirements through acceptance
• support testing and UAT
• own larger workstreams end to end with client project managers
• oversee the iSolved account team
• manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships
• advise on capability direction, roadmap, and priorities
• support pursuits and solutioning for new work when needed.
