Software Developer – Enterprise ERP

The Software Developer – Enterprise ERP role is onsite in Florence, MA, with standard Monday–Friday hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and occasional additional hours as needed; compensation is a $90,000 annual base salary plus a $10,000 annual bonus. The role supports a manufacturing organization’s enterprise ERP environment and reports to the Technical Manager – Software Development. The developer supports and enhances a large-scale ERP system by translating business requirements into software solutions, troubleshooting issues, building reports, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The role also recommends improvements, documents systems, and trains end users to keep ERP capabilities aligned with business needs.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day support for a large-scale ERP system
