What you'll do

• Provide customer service and administrative support to International Sales
• communicate with international customers about orders, pricing, products, and delivery times
• prepare quotations, process orders, and create invoices
• follow up on requests, orders, and samples
• maintain customer records and sales documentation
• assist with international shipping and Letter of Credit documents
• coordinate with Accounting, Shipping, Manufacturing, and other departments
• prepare monthly sales reports
• assist with marketing materials and trade shows
• resolve customer questions and complaints.
