What you'll do

• Complete approximately 500 outbound prospecting touchpoints weekly
• build and manage a pipeline of senior healthcare executive prospects
• introduce qualified executives to HealthLeaders Exchanges
• conduct qualification conversations and schedule introductory meetings
• follow up across channels
• maintain Salesforce or similar CRM records
• track recruitment goals and analyze engagement
• collaborate with leadership, marketing, audience development, sales, and event teams
• travel to Exchange events as needed.
