Territory Manager, Substance Use Disorder

The manager develops territory strategy and builds referral relationships to expand awareness and access to the SUD program. Through partner education, field outreach, feedback gathering, and cross-functional collaboration, the role helps improve referral engagement and the program’s growth approach.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy for the SUD program
• build relationships with SUD referral partners
• conduct in-field outreach 4–5 days per week
• educate partners about SUD and mental health programs
• identify treatment-access barriers
• gather partner feedback to refine messaging and strategy
• represent Charlie Health at community settings and industry events
• collaborate with marketing, clinical, operations, analytics, and leadership teams.
