What you'll do
- Lead device, systems, and packaging development from concept through scale-up and production
- develop specifications and requirements
- plan prototyping, testing, risk assessment, tooling qualification, and manufacturing validation
- lead cross-functional technical decisions
- manage external partner workstreams
- establish development and testing best practices
- capture technical learning and train others
- use digital tools, data, models, and AI-enabled methods. Travel up to approximately 25% to suppliers, plants, and manufacturing partners, including internationally.
