IT Support Analyst

What you'll do

• Respond to technical inquiries by phone, email, or in person
• diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security software
• document support activities and procedures
• escalate complex issues
• assist with equipment and software deployments
• train and guide end users.

Why this role
