What you'll do

• Ensure orders are cooked in a timely sequence so each table’s food is ready together. Coordinate food delivery to tables while warm, working with servers or as a food runner when needed. Read tickets and prepare food items according to standard recipes, procedures, and 8–10-minute time limits
• prepare recipes and plate presentations correctly. Perform shift side work, prepare toast as business needs require, maintain clean and organized server-line areas, and assist coworkers or fill in as directed.
