General Contracting Superintendent — Commercial Construction

What you'll do

• Lead daily field operations
• enforce project safety plans and applicable OSHA requirements
• supervise field personnel and subcontractors
• coordinate inspections, equipment, labor, and deliveries
• manage look-ahead schedules and recovery plans
• monitor workmanship and schedule compliance
• maintain jobsite records
• address field conflicts and RFIs
• and serve as the field liaison with owners and occupants.
