The Audiology Patient Care Coordinator role is onsite in Dayton, OH, at $16–$18 per hour. The position supports patients and clinicians at Southwest Ohio ENT Specialists. This coordinator serves as a first point of contact, helping appointments and clinic visits run smoothly through patient reception, chart preparation, insurance processing, scheduling, and payment reconciliation.

What you'll do

• Answer and route incoming calls
• schedule appointments and process cancellations
• greet patients and update their information, including insurance details
• assist walk-in hearing aid patients with repair requests and product purchases
• prepare charts and mail missing forms
• verify hearing aid benefits with insurers
• collect patient payments and reconcile the day
• process mail and courier items.
